Operate CNC machinery and ensure smooth workflow

Conduct thorough safety checks and comply with standard safety protocols

Proactively manage machine efficiency and production during your shift

Expertly make tool adjustments, swap out dull inserts, and maintain tooling

Set up machines for new production tasks

Efficiently troubleshoot and solve CNC machine faults

Decode blueprints to meet precise machining specifications

Measure components using micrometers and similar instruments

Manipulate various materials from stainless steel to plastics

Use basic computer navigation for data entry and retrieval

Record machine activity and production data on standard work sheets Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required

Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing setting

Strong blueprint reading ability

Proficiency in CNC machine operations and safety knowledge
