Calibration Specialist

Job Description

We have an urgent need for a Calibration person that has Maximo experience.

The person must have enough Maximo experience to be able to do all the things in the first bullet below.

We may still consider that Provide CMMS Maximo and Calibration support to the administrator in the creation of new asset, engineering, calibration data sheet templates, job plans, preventive maintenance, and work order generation in cGMP manufacturing environment.

· Assist with Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoice reconciliation in SAP Ariba.

· Assist in project coordination and organization for installation of new equipment, including coordination with the customer and service contractors.

· Support in the preparation of project progress reports, metrics and presentations as needed.

· Work with the team on continuous improvement initiatives specific to inventory, asset, and vendor, labor management.

· Perform, learn, develop, and execute onsite calibrations. Manage, communicate, and schedule outside vendors for onsite and offsite work.

· Carry out all duties in compliance with all company, state and federal regulations and guidelines and ensure regulatory and job training remains current by promptly completing required training in compliance with all company and/or site policies and procedures.

· Ensure site compliance with all local, state and federal regulations including and equivalent to Federal Drug Administration (FDA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as applicable.
