NRI Staffing is looking for a Recruiter to actively source talent for various clients. NRI is Washington DC's oldest regional staffing firm.
This position involves making outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating the complete hiring process for candidates who are in the talent pipeline.
Essential Functions
Makes outbound recruiting calls to effectively source, screen and attract new talent.
Answers inbound referrals and inquiries regarding various employment opportunities
Interviews, screens, and tests all applicants
Manages multiple recruiting requisitions simultaneously
EDUCATION/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Staffing agency recruiting experience preferred
Full-life cycle recruiting experience preferred
Legal and administrative recruiting preferred
Competitive mindset to drive results
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent customer skills
Strong inside sales skills
Excellent writing and proofreading skills
SHRM and/or HRCI certification preferred - not required
Experience:
Staffing Agency Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Human Resources: 2 years
