Radial Drill Press Manual Operator

Job Description

Set up and operate radial drill presses for metal and plastic materials, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Load and unload materials into the drill press, following established operating procedures and protocols.

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and product specifications.

Moves machine controls to feed tools into workpiece and engages automatic feed.

Observes machine operation, and verifies conformance of drilled workpiece to specifications, using fixed gauges, calipers, and micrometers

Changes worn cutting tools, using wrenches.Company Description
