Job Summary:

Are you ready to play a vital role in maintaining security and safety at our warehouse or distribution center? As a Warehouse Patrol Associate, you'll be responsible for monitoring employee access, conducting patrols, and enforcing building protocols to prevent unauthorized access. Your vigilance and attention to detail will be crucial in protecting our personnel, inventory, and assets.

Essential Job Functions:

Administration (50%):

Manage entry card access and issue ID badges for visitors and vendors.

Maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents, and building entry/exits.

Patrol (25%):

Conduct interior and perimeter patrols to identify safety and security risks.

Stay alert to your surroundings and check critical areas throughout your shift.

Greet and direct associates, guests, and visitors in a professional manner.

Training (5%):

Determine training needs and ensure the timely completion of necessary training for employees.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication skills and a client-first mentality.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of client information.

A positive team player who motivates peers and builds relationships.

Shift: Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19- 19..50 per hour
