Mechanical Electrical Designer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Mechanical/Electrical Designer to join our team! The Mechanical/Electrical Designer is responsible for the performance of all project tasks to meet the final products technical requirements and goals of the client while maintaining Quality standards.

Responsibilities

Performs site visits and surveys of existing facilities.

Design and Draft MEP plans and construction documents.

Possesses knowledge of fundamental Thermodynamic codes.

Maintains collaborative departmental relationships with the project team.

Assists senior management in QA/QC review of project submissions.

Works closely with project teams to effectively deliver scope of work.

Promotes, utilizes, and supports quality assurance and quality control processes to improve the quality of deliverables and reduce design errors & omissions.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of job-related experience in the MEP field.

Excellent: Time management and communication skills.

Proficiency: In Revit, AutoCAD and/or other discipline-specific programs preferred.

Office: Familiarity with Microsoft products and small business environments a plus.

Salary commensurate on experience and knowledge of job requirements.

Full-time
