Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Mill Technician for our client in Chandler, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a cutting-edge materials specialist known for manufacturing the highest purity fused silica and advanced ceramics in a state-of-the-art facility.

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay: $31/hour + Shift Differential

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Mon – Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: Mon – Thurs, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Weekend Shift: Fri – Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMWhy Join Us?

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mill machines for ceramic components

Interpret blueprints and calibrate tools to meet product specs

Act as Cell Lead, coordinating daily operations and training team members

Perform routine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards

Troubleshoot and correct programming errors as neededWhat We’re Looking For:

5+ years of CNC experience, including programming knowledge

High School Diploma or GED required

Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and CNC-related tools

Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
