Client Support Service Professional – Call Center (Financial Industry)
A large financial institution is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join its Client Support team! This is a great opportunity for professionals passionate about delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
$19/h - $20/h
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Service Call Center environment required
Financial industry experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming client calls regarding various account and service inquiries
Provide accurate and efficient responses while meeting key performance metrics
Support Client Cash Management products & services, online and mobile banking inquiries, and general financial account issues
Maintain high professionalism while delivering exceptional customer service
