We are seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, offer personalized assistance, and provide product knowledge to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction

Maintain a thorough understanding of jewelry products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers

Process transactions and maintain a tidy sales floor to ensure a seamless customer experience

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share product knowledge, and provide exceptional customer service

Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment

Qualifications:

Knowledge of jewelry materials, such as gold, silver, and precious stones, to effectively communicate with customers about products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized service.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

Familiarity with jewelry trends and designers to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
