What You'll Do

As a Client Experience Advisor, your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, supportive, and solution-focused:

Assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot issues and deliver helpful solutions with a smile

Accurately log all interactions in our CRM system

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction

Contribute to a positive and energetic work culture

What Were Looking For

Native-level Italian with C1 English

Currently based in Malta

Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Great communication skills and a solution-focused mindset

Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends)

Eagerness for long-term growth and career stability
