Your Responsibilities:

Provide excellent support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat

Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions using in-depth product knowledge

Handle complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency

Ensure a smooth, positive, and memorable customer experience from start to finish

Promote additional services and offers where appropriate

Who We're Looking For:

Native-level or fluent German speaker (spoken and written)

Intermediate level of English

Previous experience in customer service or sales is a big plus

Comfortable working in shift patterns

Must be living in Portugal
