Now Hiring: CNC Machinists – Huber Heights / Dayton Metro Area
We currently have multiple openings with three manufacturing companies in the surrounding Dayton Metro area.

Type: Full-Time Various Shifts Overtime Available
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance parts from a variety of materials. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high quality standards and efficient production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and operate CNC mills and lathes based on blueprints and technical drawings
Set up machines including tools, fixtures, offsets, and workpiece alignment
Edit and adjust CNC programs to optimize performance and ensure quality
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
Maintain accurate documentation of production and inspection results
Monitor tool wear and perform routine maintenance and tool changes
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized work area
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, etc.)
Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas preferred)
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in prototype or custom job shop environments
Proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidWorks
Background working with metals, alloys, and composite materials
Familiarity with access to your own basic tools
