Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and a passion for creating high-quality dishes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu standards

Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

Assist in preparing ingredients (sauces, dressings, mozzarella) from scratch

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations

Engage with customers when needed to enhance their dining experience

Learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and kitchen equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred

Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
