Crew Leader - Tree Remover- Skid Steer operator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Crew Leader to be responsible for Operating Skid Steer and managing the tree removal projects. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of trees and the ability to manage crew workers, as well as be able to Operate the skid steer on a daily basis and drive the chipper truck daily.

Responsibilities:

Supervise tree removal projects, and engage with work crews.

Update App as needed.

Ensure that tree removal projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.

Monitor and maintain the quality of the tree removal projects.

Ensure that proper safety and security protocols are followed.

Operate a Skid Steer and drive a Chipper Truck, or Service Truck.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a tree crew or related field.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Knowledge of trees, a plus.

Ability to drive & back up 25 ft. open trailer.

Able to operate a Skid Steer.

Able to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bilingual (English-Spanish), a plus.Company Description

We meet at the shop each morning and take work trucks from there to the scheduled job location(s).
