Maintenance Tech

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for making carpentry repairs, minor plumbing repairs, and minor electrical repairs.

**Duties:**

- Installation and repairs of flooring

- Ceiling Tile Replacement

- Door repairs

- Demo, drywall, paint as needed

- Knowledge of hand tools and construction safety

- Operate commercial driving vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites

- Provide assistance to minor plumbing issues such as clogged toilets, urinals

- Provide assistance to minor electrical calls such as light bulb changing

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in various settings such as residential, commercial, or industrial

- Ability to work effectively on construction sites and follow safety protocols

**Skills:**

- Knowledge of hand tools

- Proficiency in maintaining and repairing different calls

- Construction site familiarity for efficient work execution

- Field service capabilities for emergency repairs

- Troubleshooting complex issues
