We Are Growing! Fortress Floors Midwest Pro is seeking an amazing Crew Member/Installer to join our best-in-class Concrete Coatings Team! Our customers and our team mean everything to us. Responsibilities & Requirements

As an Installer, you will join one of our crews and support the installation of our 100% Polyurea Based Concrete Floor Coating System, using our industry-leading installation process and premium products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Concrete Floor Preparation, including Diamond Grinding, Handing Grinding & Removal of Existing Floor Coatings, where applicable.

Concrete Repair & Mendering.

Application of Polyurea Base Coat and Flake Broadcasting.

Application of Polyaspartic Top Coat.

Adherence to Fortress Floors Midwest Pro's professional process and approach.

Professionally communicate with Customers throughout the installation process.

Ensure complete Customer Satisfaction by delivering quality and service.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.

Safely and respectfully drive and back trucks and trailers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in concrete or concrete coatings is helpful, but not required.

Valid Driver's License with an Insurable Driving Record & Ability to Safely Drive and Back a Truck/Trailer

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage job sites effectively.
