Required Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1–2 years’ experience in inventory control or related supervisory role.

Knowledge:

• Familiar with inventory and warehouse management software (e.g., ERP systems).

• Ability to analyze data and forecast inventory needs.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

• Solid understanding of inventory tracking and report generation.

• Strong knowledge of warehousing and logistics best practices.

Skills:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Organizational and time management proficiency.

• Clear and professional communication style.

• Inventory control expertise with a focus on accuracy.

• Strong forecasting and process improvement capabilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%), including domestic and international trips.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.

• 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse leadership role.

• APICS CPIM or ASCM SCM certification is a plus.

• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma principles and/or certification is beneficial.
