Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service

Wear employer supplied uniform

Route sales & deliveries utilizing company truck

Routes include: Bend, John Day, Burns, Prineville, Sisters and Redmond with return to Redmond, no layovers

Have strong focus on sales to include generating new business as well as maintaining and developing existing business

A commitment to excellent customer service; attention to detail; and an excellent work ethic

Be a team player with an outgoing personality

Employment contingent on a preliminary DMV and Annual MVR review.

Employment contingent on pre-employment drug screening, which includes marijuana screening, and periodic random drug screenings and alcohol screenings as required by DOT.

Employment contingent on review of Criminal and Background Check.

A noncompetition agreement is required as a condition of employment.

Qualifications/Skills

Have a current class A CDL or eligible to obtain immediately

Clean driving record

Stable work history (excluding those that are new to the work force)

Temporary or seasonal work experience; or where lack of stability of work history that was a direct result of the recession

Meet employer’s neat and well-groomed appearance standards

Education/Experience

Schedule

Full-Time/Monday – Friday

Overtime as required on occasion

Accessible via Phone, text, emails during employer working hours/days

Occasional weekends and holidays. Employer is open on holidays; Closed Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Thanksgiving Day.

Salary

Wage = Daily Rate, plus commission is based on new AND existing accounts
