We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will support our quality assurance efforts to ensure that all products meet our high standards of excellence. You will work closely with our plant manager assisting with documentation, data analysis, improving processes, and upholding customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and quality checks on products, materials and processes.

Support document control activities, including document review, revision, and distribution.

Document and report quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to quality performance.

Participate in internal audits and support external audits as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Previous experience or knowledge in quality assurance or quality control is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
