Team Leader Production

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that operators are following all safety regulations and company guidelines.

- Ensure that trained operators are following operational procedures.

- Responsible for adherence to the Manufacturing Escalation Standard.

- Ensure that all related production documentation is accurate and submitted at the end of the shift.

- Responsible for monitoring and reporting trouble shooting disturbances to the continuous production workflow.

- Responsible for leading and executing the changeover process.

- Maintain 5S standards at all times in their responsible areas.

- Responsible for participating in and contributing to continual improvement activities.

- Responsible for printing and distributing the correct labels to the correct work stations.

- Responsible for ensuring that the required process elements are present in the production process.

- Authority to stop production for shipping in case of quality risks per customer.

- Openings are on 2nd (2pm-11:30pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-7:30am).

Experience:

- 2-4 years of work experience in a manufacturing company, preferably within the automotive sector.

- Prior leadership experience.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English.

- There will be some overtime based on company needs.
