Job Title: Experienced Commercial Painter

Location: Various Job Sites (Notified Daily)

Start Time: 7:00 AM

Reports To: On-Site Superintendent

Overview:

A Huge Company is seeking highly motivated and skilled Commercial Painters to join our growing team. Ideal candidates are experienced with brushing, rolling, and spraying techniques and can deliver top-tier quality while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency on the job. You’ll work on high-profile projects including hospitals, doctor’s offices, emergency rooms, urgent care centers, and the Pepsi plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.

Maintain precision and a neat work area.

Interpret measurements and finish surfaces professionally.

Work safely in various environments such as healthcare and industrial settings.

Collaborate with the superintendent and work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, lift, stretch, and kneel throughout the workday.

Requirements:

Must be super motivated, a fast learner, and able to follow directions.

Ability to work independently and maintain a solid attendance record.

VALID driver's license is required.

All skill levels considered with approval.

Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug test and background check

Painter Whites (white shirt acceptable until company shirt is issued)

2.5" & 3" sash brushes (for oil and water-based paints – 2 of each)

2x4 Rolling Pole

Screwdriver (Phillips & Flat Head)

Mud Pan

12” / 6” / 3” Mud Blades

Break Away Razor Knife

5-Way Tool

9” Frame

18” Frame

Whiz Frame

Cut Pot & Pot Hook

Pole Sanding Head

Wire Brush

Duster Brush

Multi-Tool (Leatherman preferred)

Flashlight
