Shift information

- Overnight Shift work hours vary between 9:00 pm to 5:30 am;

- MUST be able to work over the weekend (non-negotiable); and

- Two full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Cleaning Specialist at South Sound Janitorial, you will be responsible for:

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all assigned areas, including restrooms, common areas, and offices, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness.

Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in a safe and efficient manner.

Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a pristine appearance.

Restocking Supplies: Ensure that necessary cleaning supplies and restroom amenities are adequately stocked.

Reporting Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Benefits & Compensation.

- Pay $19.50 - $21 per hour

Qualifications:

1. Have the stamina and physical ability to stay on your feet for most of your shift, wear a backpack vacuum, and lift 50 pounds.

2. Willingness to follow our processes and systems to complete accounts in a timely manner.

3. Have an eye for detail.

Non-negotiable requirements – Must meet these 3 requirements to be considered for the position.

1. Must have a valid driver’s license with a vehicle willing to be used to transport equipment from our office to various client locations. Note: all the required equipment fits in the trunk of a Honda accord.

2. Must be 21 years of age.

3. Must have a cell phone (we use an app software for time tracking, account information, and scheduling).
