This company has existed since the 1950's. We are a specialized structural and foundation repair company There is a great deal of training involved. As a team this position breaks concrete as necessary, installs I beams against basement walls, works with dimensional lumber, helps dig out soils along the foundation, installing structural steel below grade, digging out and repairing interior and exterior drain tiles, rebuilding block walls and finishing concrete as necessary . We often have to lift a house off its foundation to do the repairs. We drive construction trucks with trailers, skid steers, excavators. We seek to train employees over time to operate all equipment. We promote from within and reward leaders. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb in and out of excavations, work in typical Ohio climates as necessary. Most laborers start at $17/hr-20/hr
