The Role: B2B Field Sales – Business Advisor (Frontier Fiber Optics)

As a Business Advisor, you’ll represent Frontier’s cutting-edge underground fiber-optic internet, the newest, fastest, and most reliable technology on the market. Rated #1 nationally in 2025, Frontier Fiber is transforming the way businesses connect.

This is a Business-to-Business (B2B) field sales role focused on upgrading small to mid-size businesses to fiber internet. Advisors are currently closing 6–8 deals per week, averaging $200+ per sale. Top performers are landing 12–15 deals weekly—and banking serious income.

What We’re Looking For

Hunters & Closers – If that’s you, expect to earn $100K+

Tech-Savvy, Fast Learners – CRM experience a plus

Relationship Builders – You bring the energy, we’ll teach the rest

Sales experience is great—but a background in customer service, hospitality, or any high-communication field works too

Must be located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area

Must have a reliable vehicle, valid license, and insurance

Must pass a 7-year federal background check and drug screening (marijuana excluded)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
