Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to lead our Myrtle Beach location. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, cultivating a positive team culture, coordinating with multiple CLC locations, and driving company efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standard of service, efficiency, and overall client satisfaction.

- Client Experience: Enhance the client experience by implementing service standards, addressing feedback, and delivering consistent service to all clients.

- Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to drive sustainability, profitability, and growth.

- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategic initiatives that elevate brand awareness and drive growth.

- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure their professional growth and the team’s success.

- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the local community to promote CLC Worldwide and enhance our reputation as a top-tier destination.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of management experience in the transportation industry, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and revenue management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with both clients and internal team members.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

- Passion for operations and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
