Compensation: $18.00-20.00/ DOE
Location: Ashburn, VA
Schedule:
Tues-Fri, 3:30PM-12:00AM & Sat,1:30PM-10:00 PM
Sun-Thursday 3:30PM-12:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Take Inbound and Outgoing phone calls
Assist and direct drivers in the field across multiple states
Provide administrative support when needed
Computer data entry
Prepare documents as required
Assist in billing
Must comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work well independently.
Great telephone etiquette & computer skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Ability to read and write simple correspondence.
Communicates internally with terminal and corporate office staff, and externally with shippers, contractors and customers.
Strong computer skills including above average Microsoft Office skills
Self-Motivator, Problem Solver and ability to Multi-Task
Detailed and reliable
