Machine Operator -West Jefferson, OH

Job Description

Acloche is offering an exciting job opportunity for a Machine Operator in the West Jefferson area!

Schedule:2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday, with potential for daily overtime. Training may take place on the day shift until completed.

Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour

General Overview:

Manually handle and reposition pipes as needed between machines and other materials.

Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions in English, as well as understand equipment manuals.

Basic math skills required: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the ability to read a tape measure.

Maintain records, take inventory, and prepare reports as required.

Perform quality assurance inspections, measure parts, and reference parts drawings.

Maintain production standards on machines.

Familiarity with Landis Pipe Threader Machines or Pipe Bending Machines is a plus.

Flexibility to complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Lift 50 to 100 lbs while standing, bending, walking, and working on equipment.

Set up basic machine functions and make minor adjustments.
