Job Summary –

The Internship is a paid summer opportunity designed for college seniors or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in public relations and marketing. Interns will support the marketing team with a variety of tasks including content creation, campaign support, social media management, market research, and event planning. Job Duties

Assist with creating and scheduling social media content across platforms

Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and audience demographics

Write marketing content such as blog posts, email newsletters, and press materials

Track performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns and provide analysis

Support the development and execution of marketing events

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for campaign planning and brand strategy

Assist with maintaining marketing files, CRM updates, and administrative support

Engage with the public via online channels and in-person events as a representative of the organization

Contribute to special projects based on evolving business and team needs

Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Must be a current college senior or a recent graduate (preferably within the last 12 months)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital media, and social platforms

Creative mindset and an eye for detail

Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Comfortable learning and using new technology and marketing tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools and analytics platforms a plus

Passion for storytelling, branding, and community engagement

A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude

Willingness to work independently and take initiative

Prior experience in marketing, PR, or communications is helpful but not required.
