$100,000+Responsibilities:
Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by the team
Attend training until you are qualified to teach each topic
Devote part of your day on the phone prospecting for new business
Hold yourself accountable to perform daily prospecting efforts to ensure success
Meet buyers and sellers to help them reach their goals, which can include evenings and weekends
Share knowledge in a team environment to better the team as a whole
Hold other team members accountable for the success of the entire team
Have a team-oriented mindset where culture is most important while still focusing on achieving goals
Qualifications:
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Real estate experience is preferred
Hold a real estate license
Proficient skills in technology, Excel, Word, etc.
Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
Willing to learn and be coachable with a positive, growth mindset
Supply your own car (with insurance), computer, cell phone, etc.

They are a multi-million dollar producing team helping hundreds of clients. Their service area encompasses a large majority of the Central Ohio/Columbus market, as well as surrounding counties.
