Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy communicator with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and operational excellence? Join our Applications Team as an Applications Technical Specialist and be a key liaison between our customers, sales and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
· Own and manage the Machines Manuals process - ensure timely delivery, continuous improvement, and standardization.
· Manage container sample workflow, ensuring accurate tracking and communication with engineering and customers.
· Collaborate with sales and engineering to prepare and distribute accurate project quotes. Serve as a central point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination.
· Build trusted relationships by professionally representing the company during quoting, project, and customer interactions.
· Gather, organize, and distribute project information to ensure seamless transition into engineering.
· Respond promptly to customer communications and inquiries with outstanding service.
· Accurately field, interpret, and route internal and external customer information.
· Attend and take minutes for weekly production meetings.
· Perform general administrative tasks in line with our “Support Built-In” philosophy - this includes greeting guests, handling NDAs, and supporting customer engagement efforts.
· Send weekly job status updates to customers and respond to follow-up requests.
· Maintain and update internal tracking systems to ensure accuracy in sales and order data.
Qualifications
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or related field preferred.
· Familiarity with ERP systems and/or Sales Professional (or similar CRM software) a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft 365, Dynamics experience preferred.
· High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive attitude with a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative, evolving team culture.
