工作内容

1 根据采购 质量 生产计划团队提供的包材的供货周期 检验周期 需求量 经济批量等信息 合理制定包材的安全库存

2 定期和相关团队评估安全库存的有效性 明确供应商需要建立的安排库存

3 根据OPS的生产计划排程 制定包材的需求计划 包括数量及到货时间

4 跟踪 跟进包材PR和PO的进展

5 跟踪 更新循环材料的报表

6 跟进需要 对包材的接收 储存和发放进行跟踪检查

7 对包材使用过程中涉及到的仓库 生产单元 采购和维修部门的事情进行协调

8 持续改进包材库存的结构 满足现场需要的同时 控制库存的总量

9 参与包材库存相关报表的维护工作

10 定期对包材库存的有效性进行评估 对呆滞品库存提出处理建议 改善包材库存的质量

任职资格

1 大专及以上学历 化工 食品等相关专业优先考虑 2年及包材相关岗位工作经验

2 具备对包材库存的有效性评估的能力 能够对包材呆滞品处理提供建议 提高包材库存的质量
