Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician in the Laurens Area.

Job Requirements: MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL

No less than 3 years of experience in the field.

Repair buildings and grounds.

Fix plumbing and leaks.

Perform minor electrical work.

Replace fixtures.

Maintain alarms and equipment.

Inspect boiler rooms and apartments.

Order supplies and plan maintenance.

Use tools and perform groundskeeping.
