Position: Front Counter Associate

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.

Take orders over the phone and in-person with a smile.

Bag food orders efficiently and accurately.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter area.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills.

Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
