Job Responsibilities: PURPOSE: This role will provide the functional implementation and support for the talent and compensation modules within Oracle HCM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for gathering, managing and analyzing requirements to design new application changes for own areas of responsibility ensuring sufficient effort is made to promote ""vanilla"" functionality.Takes part in the delivery, testing and support of application changes related to own area of responsibility.Responsible for ensuring quality solutions are delivered to business users.Contributes to the development process best practices and, using a consultative approach, gets buy-in from all stakeholders.
EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years’ experience in HR system specification and deployment.
Acting as a functional analyst with a good understanding of product capabilities and HR practices implementing systems or modules with experience of multiple full lifecycle implementations.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSFunctional understanding of Oracle HCM: (Core HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Security)Knowledge of how HR modules are configuredWork with key stakeholders to define reporting requirements and work with report developers on deliveryRequest and incident management with experience of raising Service Requests via My Oracle SupportUnderstanding of the upgrade processExperience supporting and advising HR Teams and HCM UsersCan translate technical information to non-technical individuals Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects.
