Valet Attendant

Job Description

We’re in search of dependable valet attendants who can drive and park vehicles on a regular basis and during special events. You’ll need to provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a professional, friendly manner and treating their vehicles as your own. Candidates should be hardworking, responsible, and display good attention to detail when working with guests and other team members. This position requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

FT for the PM Shift

PT available for AM & PM Shift

AM: 5:30 am - 2:30 pm

PM: 1 pm - 10:30 pmCompensation:

$15 per hourResponsibilities:

Drive guest vehicles to the parking lot and retrieve them in an efficient and safe manner

Assist guests with moving luggage to a secure area and perform any other requested services

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests by name and be ready to converse about hotel events or answer questions about hotel services

Take care of other necessary duties as assigned

Read luggage tags to correctly document information on the valet ticketQualifications:

Able to move heavy luggage to and from vehicles and be in constant motion

At least 1 year of hotel experience or experience as a valet parking attendant

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
