Route Manager

Job Description

ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a Route Manager to join our team in Titusville, PA.

In this role, you will:

Interact with customers and Service and Sales team

Observe, analyze, and coach subordinates’ performance and behavior through evaluation rides and coaching sessions to meet or exceed performance goals and fully develop their skill sets.

Responsible for achieving revenue growth targets through sales and retention.

Communicate effectively with customers to be able to differentiate ITU AbsorbTech from the competition.

Manage new product trials with target accounts and existing customers

Effectively secure new service agreements and service agreement renewals.

50%-60% of the week is spent on the road with the team and covering on route when needed.

Schedule: 6am start, start time may vary. Availability to work between 6am-5pm, as flexibility is needed. Monday through Friday, no weekends, no holidays. Overnight route as needed.

Pay: $48,000-$53,000, depending on experience + opportunity for bonuses.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma and 3-5 years’ experience or equivalent work experience and a clean driving record are required. Experience in distribution and customer service in a business-to-business environment preferred. Must have good written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills and must be flexible. Ability to obtain DOT med card.
