What You’ll Do:

Load and unload residential and commercial items safely and efficiently

Wrap, pack, and handle customers’ belongings with care

Organize and secure items for transport

Assist in setting up and staging moves at job sites

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and crew

Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently

Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed

Clear background and drug screening required

Preferred: experience using dollies, hand trucks, or moving blankets

Pay & Perks:

Hourly Rate: $17–$21+ based on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

Referral Bonus: Paid when we hire your referrals
