Location: Muskegon, MI

Starting Pay: $15.88-$17.00/hr +$1 for CNA Certification

Job Responsibilities:

Support individuals with complex medical and health needs who also have cognitive, physical, and/or other impairments in a residential and/or community setting that require 24-hour care.

Perform assigned tasks and meet personal care and social needs such as eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, participating in community events, and communication.

Maintain records, including case notes, progress notes, and program data, and complete necessary shift checklists prior to the end of shift.

Effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, persons served, and others within the home and community.

Medication administration and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

High School Diploma or Proof of Equivalency

Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant certification

Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements

Experience in a medical or residential setting preferred

Shift Availability: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Work Location: In person
