Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Day Vacuum Tech to join our team in Beachwood, United States. As a Vacuum Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clean and hygienic environments for our clients.

Operate vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment efficiently and effectively

Clean and maintain various types of flooring, including carpets, hardwood, and tile

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed

Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures

Report any damages, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the supervisor

Follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment

Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary

Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within specified timeframes

Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned

Respond promptly to any special cleaning requests or emergencies

Scheduled hours Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30p

Starting rate of pay $14.00hr.

Clean background check required

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to complete an online assessment prior to starting the position

Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality cleaning standards

Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently

Capability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning equipment

Flexibility to adjust cleaning routines as needed

Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members

Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning methods and technologies
