We are seeking a bilingual (English & Korean) Project Manager (multi-discipline) to join our team and lead the tenant related scopes for an ongoing data center project. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of site-based project experience in ground-up and tenant improvement construction, preferably with a technical background in engineering, architecture, or construction management.

This role is part of an existing project team and will be responsible for managing and coordinating design and construction scopes amongst stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English & Korean) Project Manager (multi-discipline) to join our team and lead the tenant related scopes for an ongoing data center project. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of site-based project experience in ground-up and tenant improvement construction, preferably with a technical background in engineering, architecture, or construction management.

This role is part of an existing project team and will be responsible for managing and coordinating design and construction scopes amongst stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Scope Management

Oversee and manage all design and construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with clients, tenants, general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of scopes.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and address issues promptly.

Work closely with stakeholders’ teams to align work schedules and resolve potential conflicts.

Project Execution & Coordination

Support the Project Director and broader project team in delivering key project milestones.

Assist in construction planning, sequencing, and execution strategies for related disciplines.

Maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, and design teams, providing updates on progress and challenges.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment for related works.

Schedule, Cost & Risk Management

Monitor overall work schedules, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline.

Identify potential delays and coordinate mitigation plans with relevant stakeholders.

Support cost tracking and contractor progress evaluations related scopes.

Assist in risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder & Documentation Management

Act as the primary contact for tenant related issues, facilitating communication between clients and contractors, consultants, other stakeholders.

Ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and documentation are properly managed for related work.

Provide progress reports, quality control updates, and risk assessments to the project team.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of site-based project experience in ground-up & tenant improvement construction.

Experience with mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers) is a strong advantage.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.

Cost estimating and management skills are an advantage.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.

Ability to work collaboratively within an existing project team and manage related scopes independently.

Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., MS Office, Project, BIM, Procore, Bluebeam).

Working knowledge of Korean construction regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
