What You'll Be Doing:
Assist the Lead Teacher with implementing fun, developmentally appropriate lessons
Foster a safe, positive classroom environment filled with laughter and learning
Observe children's interests and build hands-on curriculum experiences
Communicate with families daily to share children's progress and milestones
Collaborate with fellow educators and grow professionallyWhat We Offer:

Professional development and CDA tuition assistanceQualifications:
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred
Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
Has completed state-required pre-service training
Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
