Job Description

Join our team as a Solder Machine Operator where you will play a key role in the assembly of electronic circuit boards. You will operate and maintain electromechanical soldering equipment, monitor assembly quality, and ensure machines meet production standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude looking for a stable, long-term career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Operate and program electromechanical soldering equipment.

Set up and verify multiple jobs using computer-generated setup sheets.

Monitor production and ensure assembly meets quality standards.

Communicate technical issues and malfunctions to team leads.

Perform light maintenance and routine cleanup on equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

2+ years of experience with electromechanical or CNC-type equipment.

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Experience with electronic pick and place, wave soldering, and water wash equipment is a plus.
