EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in related field; or 6 years of experience in lieu of education.

Ideal candidate will have

Ability to read schematics, blueprints and electrical drawings.

Troubleshoot electrical systems for the Ag industry.

Strong people skills and project management skills.

Strong electrical knowledge.

Good attitude.

Strong troubleshooting skills.
