JOB DESCRIPTION

Servers are the key to delivering great guest service. Servers ensure that they provide a memorable experience, from greeting to departure. We are looking for motivated and dependable servers for Fins Restaurant located at the Margaritaville Island Hotel, in Pigeon Forge, TN.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests promptly and courteously, reviews specials and menu options.

Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items.

Ensure Guest satisfaction throughout the meal service, including drink refills, pre-bussing and removal of empty plates.

Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid TABC Server Permit or be willing to obtain one within 30 days

Must be 18 years of age or older

Team Player, ability to work within a fast-paced, team environment

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers

Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Open availability required

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Days / Evenings / Weekdays / Weekends

Pay: $10.00 per hour plus tips
