We host live events, run coaching programs, and create content that empowers contractors to lead well, build winning teams, and scale with systems.

We're hiring a full-time, in-person Marketing & Content Systems Manager to help us build something meaningful and lasting. This isn’t just about marketing—it’s about building a movement.

This role is based in Allen, TX, working closely with Jason and the Phillips Home Improvements marketing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Publish 3–5 reels per week on Meta and YouTube Shorts

● Manage and grow the Contractor Freedom Podcast (onsite studio)

● Book and prep podcast guests

● Upload long-form content to YouTube with SEO-friendly descriptions and thumbnails

● Build, optimize, and manage funnels, automations, campaigns, and tagging in Go High Level (GHL)

● Write or repurpose email, SMS, and event promo content

● Support boot camps, retreats, and our annual Summit

● Track KPIs and adjust strategy based on performance

● Coordinate freelancers as needed for editing or creative tasks

Position Details:

● Location: Allen, TX (in-person required)

● Compensation: Competitive (based on experience)

● Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some flexibility)

● Reports to: Jason W. Phillips (Founder)
