A high-volume chef-driven restaurant is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join their hospitality family!

Some of your responsibilities:
Work with the Management team to ensure the staff is trained and understands the culinary and wine program.
Participate in Management financial meetings to assist in meeting goals.
Ensure proper staffing through accurate sales forecasting.
Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant.
Lead and engage staff in the expectations for hospitality excellence.
Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Be hands-on and assist where always needed.
Experience must-haves:
Current Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale full-service restaurant.
Excellent industry tenure and references.
A clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
Professional and kind personality.
Strong knowledge and passion for wine.
Natural ability to lead a professional team.
Hands-on with the “want” to be on the floor during service times.
Ability to multitask.
