INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE JOB DESCRIPTION

The industrial maintenance will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, power equipment, various hand tools, and pallet jacks. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Maintains and repairs all machinery and power units on the site.
Maintains and repairs electrical panels, conduits, and fixtures.
Maintains and repairs pneumatic components of machinery.
Maintains and repairs hydraulic components of machinery.
Maintains and repairs forklifts.
Responsible for maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building including but not limited to
plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Responsible for preventative maintenance of building.
Responsible for snow removal from walkways in inclement weather.
Responsible for welding and the use of cutting torches.
Responsible for fabrication of parts such as safety guards and railings.
Keeps a neat and orderly work area.
Maintains accurate records on a daily basis of completed or commenced tasks.
Maintains accurate records in the machinery logs when performing routine maintenance or
repair on machinery.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Competitive hourly rate: ($25.00 - $30.00) based on relevant experience
