Logistics Warehouse Lead, Bilingual – 2nd Shift

Large 3rd party logistics company urgently seeks a full-time Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join their team in Carson, CA.

This is a full-time position where you will work the 2nd shift from 3:30PM – Midnight and earn $23 per hour, plus overtime. At the facility, you will have access to free on-site parking, and access to a fully equipped employee lunchroom. You will also enjoy weekends off, weekly pay, and sick pay!

As the Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for:

Training new employees.

Completing end-of-shift reports.

Conducting safety training.

Other warehouse tasks.

To qualify for this Warehouse Lead role, we require at least three (3) years of warehouse experience and (2) years of experience as a lead, preferably in a logistics environment, and:

The ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently.

Strong computer skills.

A valid forklift certification.

Completion of some college coursework.

The ability to work overtime, as needed.
