Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional, youll collaborate with a dynamic and driven team to help individuals and businesses protect their assets. Your primary responsibilities include:
Developing personalized insurance quotes, delivering compelling sales presentations, and closing deals.
Engaging with leads and nurturing relationships with prospects.
Building and maintaining a database of current and potential clients using state-of-the-art CRM tools.
Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
Staying informed about industry trends, competing products, and services.
Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets while contributing to the teams overall success.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
Licensing: Active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License required.
Experience: Sales experience or a client-facing role is a plus, but well coach the right attitude and drive.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented individuals who thrive on winning.
Adaptability: Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Personality: Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player who loves competition and having fun.
Hours of Operation:
Monday Friday: 2 Shifts Available
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
Flex Time: Employees can flex weekday hours to accommodate part-time or full-time Saturday shifts, providing greater flexibility in work schedules.
