Cleaning Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Cleaning Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in homes, offices, and other commercial properties. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.

Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, office spaces, and high-touch surfaces.

Handle trash removal and proper disposal.

Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions.

Report any damages, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.

Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.

Follow company safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred (but not required).

Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Must be trustworthy and respectful of client property.
